Stovetop: We recommend cooking our noodles for 3-4 minutes (or 15-30 seconds less for a bit more bite), draining, and then giving them a good shake to remove excess water.

Microwave: We recommend cooking our noodles on a stovetop for best texture, but if you prefer to cook them in a microwave, start by adding noodles to a microwavable bowl. Fill the bowl with about 2 cups of water, or enough to reach just below the top of the noodles. Cook on high for 2 minutes. Use a fork to gently break apart the noodles, and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes or until tender and bouncy. Drain, add sauce, and enjoy. *Cook times may vary based on different microwave wattages.

Our noodles are both great on their own with the included sauce packet and the perfect canvas for culinary creations. Quickly take your meal to the next level by adding toppings like Chili Crunch, stir fried meat or vegetables, and soft boiled eggs. For even more creative ideas, check out the recipes below.

Our Spicy Soy noodles come with a punchy sauce made from soy sauce, chili, and sesame oil. It creates the perfect balance of savory and spicy flavors.

Ingredients: Noodles: wheat flour, salt, high oleic sunflower oil, tocopherols (to protect quality), soy lecithin, olive leaf extract.

Spicy Soy Sauce: soy sauce (water, defatted soybeans, salt, wheat, alcohol [to protect quality]), sugar, brown rice syrup, chili oil (canola oil, red pepper powder, onion, paprika extract, garlic, pepper extract, tocopherols [to protect quality]), sesame oil, yeast extract, molasses, salt, black pepper, pepper extract.

Additional allergen information can be found here. The sodium in our noodles comes mainly from the soy sauce in our sauce packets. Soy sauce is inherently salty so if you're watching your intake, we recommend halving your sauce packet and cutting it with water to make a less-salty broth.
